Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel within 72 hours of booking and receive a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to every booking, provided the retreat has not already started.

After the 72-hour grace period, refunds depend on how close the retreat is:

• 21 days or more before the start date — full refund
• 8 to 20 days before the start date — 50% refund
• 7 days or fewer before the start date — no refund

At any point, you may choose credit toward a future Therapovo retreat instead of a cash refund. Credit is valid for 12 months.

If Therapovo or the retreat leader cancels a retreat for any reason, you receive a full refund. No exceptions, no deductions.

If the dates, the lead facilitator or the venue change materially after you book, you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of being notified, whatever the timing.

If a retreat cannot go ahead because of events outside our control — including natural events, government restrictions or transport shutdowns — you receive credit toward a future Therapovo retreat, valid for 12 months.

You may transfer your booking to someone else once, free of charge, up to 7 days before the retreat begins. Email us and we will arrange it.

If you do not attend, or leave a retreat early, no refund or credit is due for the unused portion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We initiate the refund within 5 business days of confirming your cancellation, and it typically reaches your account 5 to 7 business days after that.

Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but all payments are charged in Indian Rupees. Refunds are returned as the original Rupee amount, so the figure in your own currency may differ slightly from what you paid.

We recommend travel insurance for anything a cancellation policy cannot cover — illness, family emergencies, missed flights.
